Michelle J. Correll is Of Counsel to Drucker Law Offices and has represented clients in a wide variety of trust and estate litigation matters, including cases involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful taking of trust property, and removal of trustees and estate executors. In addition, Michelle has experience in litigation involving conservatorships.
Michelle has nearly a decade of litigation experience at some of the nation’s largest and most respected firms, including Latham & Watkins, Quinn Emanuel, and prominent trusts and estates boutique Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker.
Representative Matters
- Worked as part of the legal team representing the Executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson
- Worked as part of the legal team representing a Co-Conservator of the Conservatorship Estate of Britney Spears
- Prevailed at trial in an action by the heirs to the estate of singer and songwriter Hank Ballard to remove the administrator of the estate
- Represented a trust beneficiary against a claim by the trustees that the beneficiary was a caretaker of the decedent and, as such, was disqualified to receive the bequest under the trust
